Since I have a good cross-section of readers, writers, and smart people on my email list, I thought I’d tap into your brilliance to do a tiny bit of market research.
I have one question for you and I would REALLY appreciate it if you could drop your answer in the comments below.
If you were someone who wanted to learn something very focused in your area of curiosity, would you rather:
A: Pay for an online course upfront, with a secondary private community of equally focused people in the same course?
OR
B: Join a community on a monthly membership basis at a much lower, ongoing cost, and do free workshops within the community at your own pace?
I found a fantastic social and educational platform that allows both front-end and back-end onboarding and I’m really trying to figure out which way I’d like to run my program.
If you would be so kind as to drop your choice of A or B, and any additional thoughts, you’ll be my BFF forever.
PS: If you’ve ever thought about running your own courses or memberships, you might be interested in the same platform. Here’s what I wrote about my discovery if you’re interested in knowing more.

Now on to Medium news. Not really news but more questions.
Have you had any stories from the past come back to haunt you recently? I say haunt in a good way because everyone likes to know an old story is getting a fresh, new injection of reads several months after the fact.
I have two that have magically come back from the dead and it’s funny to see the wide variation between them. One is about weight loss and the other (weirdly) is about cremation.
It always makes me wonder WTH people are searching for. Why cremation?
We’re nearing the end of the month so if you’ve had an unlikely story come back from the dead in May, drop a link in the comments so we can help push it to the top of your stats for the month.
I think that’s it for now. Again, I really appreciate your feedback on the micro-survey above. See you in June!

Offer both...I've done both and have had good experiences with them. I hope this helps your friend! Wink wink
